Day 15’s photo came at the end of a whole lot of photos I was taking of Lilly, Gannon, and Emma putting on a puppet show. Lilly was growing weary of smiling and decided that this face best described how she felt about continuing to be my subject.
Lilly and I not only share many physical characteristics but we share many of the same emotional traits. Because of this, Lilly brings me a lot of joy and helps remind me to smile each day.
