Grateful 365 Day Thirty-two

6-Wheelin' with Grandpa

If you’ve been following this project at all, you know that I had some site issues that required me to take it down and patch some security holes. When I put the site back up I did so with an entirely new look that required a whole lot of time to get “just right.” Because of this, I have spent the last several days getting very familiar with the workings of WordPress in order to secure my site as much as possible so as not to have to start over again. So now that I am confident that I have secured this site I can get back to posting new photos.

The photo for Friday, 17 June 2011, probably looks very familiar to an earlier post from the same location. We celebrated my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary at their home north of Billings and one of the big attractions (as you can probably imagine) was my Dad’s new toy – a 6-wheeled ATV that he is using as to do some landscaping on his property.  This machine is quite a vehicle in that it has full 6-wheel drive and can haul a pretty significant amount of cargo for its size.  Of course, the cargo on this particular day was mainly kids – and my son Connor, aged 11 years, was especially happy for the opportunity to ride in the bucket while Grandpa drove him around.  It has been a great blessing to have my parents loving so close to us and the kids have certainly enjoyed the time at their house.
